Kathleen and her family have been associated with The Villages since 2007.

Their roots are from Michigan, but they have resided in Florida for over 34 years. Kathleen is a marketing and listing representative, plus helps folks to find the perfect new and pre-owned dream home. She has been listing and selling real estate since her youngest son started school in 1999.

Kathleen’s husband, Jerry, has an architectural background and helps plan, design, and manage commercial projects in The Villages. Together they have two children of their own; plus, they opened their home and hearts to five other boys. Together they have 3 grandchildren and remain dedicated to the success of each one.

As a blessing and a gift of grace The Villages opened “Soulliere Villas” in 2018, which was an honor and overwhelming privilege to our Family. How amazing that our legacy will live on in The Villages for all time.

In her free time, Kathleen enjoys leading a ladies’ Bible study and is very involved with her church. She and Jerry enjoy golfing together. Kathleen got a hole-in-one on her fourth time out!

Kathleen strives to give her buyers and sellers a reliable experience, which has resulted in lasting relationships with her customers. She has enjoyed many achievements including “Rookie of the Year” in 2013 and production achievements from 2014 through 2022. She loves to serve others and help make dreams come true in The Villages.
