A Florida native born and raised in the Sunshine State, Karissa always had a special connection to The Villages. Growing up just minutes from where it all began in Orange Blossom Gardens, she has known and loved the community for as long as she can remember. Some of her most favorite memories were made at weekend car shows in Spanish Springs with her Mamaw. Moments like that shaped her love for the lifestyle and sense of community that makes this place so unique.

Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career where she could help others create meaningful, lasting memories of their own. Today, as a Sales Representative with The Villages, she takes pride in guiding people through one of the most exciting chapters of their lives, finding a place to call home in a community she knows and loves so deeply.

Family has always been at the heart of who Karissa is. Watching her stepmom’s passion and dedication while working with Properties of The Villages played a role in her decision to follow this path. She learned that this isn’t just about homes, it’s about people, relationships and truly caring about where someone’s next chapter begins. That’s something Karissa will carry with her in every interaction.

Outside of real estate, you can find her enjoying everything Florida has to offer. Spending time at the beach, fishing, riding, traveling, or simply being with her family.
