Karen is originally from a small town called North Augusta, South Carolina. Shortly after college she moved to the big city of Atlanta, Georgia. It was in Atlanta that she began her career in hospitality industry. Karen has always enjoyed helping people and it shows.

In 2004, she moved to Florida to be closer to family. She moved to Clearwater, Florida and worked at the Sand pearl Resort and Spa as a food and beverage trainer. She took advantage of living closer and would visit her parents in The Villages often and was always impressed with The Villages Lifestyle and all that it has to offer. From those visits, she knew that she wanted to be part of The Villages Lifestyle.

Karen began her career with Properties of The Villages in 2017 and has loved every minute of it. “It is a wonderful experience to help people find their dream home in this amazing community.” Karen works hard, is dedicated, and is always there for her clients with a smile and to answer any of their questions.

Since the time Karen has been with Properties of The Villages, she continues to have great success. In December 2019 she was recognized as Representative of the Month for selling the most homes. In October 2020 she was Sales Rep of the Month and was given a prestigious award for selling the most Pre-owned homes. In 2021 she was awarded the prestigious Emerald Ring that acknowledges being among the top 10% performers of the Properties of The Villages.

In her spare time, Karen likes to spend it with her 3 Goddaughters. “They are the light of my life.” She also enjoys spending quality time with her parents, as well enjoying The Villages Lifestyle.
