Karen has called the area home for over 22 years and brings deep, local knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to serving others. A longtime resident of Florida, Karen raised 3 children, Nathan, Morgan, and Christan, who all proudly graduated from The Villages Charter School. After spending time pursuing their individual paths, including military service and university studies, the family has recently come full circle, reestablishing roots close to home.

From 2003 to 2009, Karen worked for The Villages, gaining firsthand experience in one of the nation’s most dynamic communities. After stepping away to focus on raising her family, she is excited to return to the workforce, bringing the same care, attentiveness, and relationship-focused approach that has always been at the heart of her work. Considering that her parents have lived in The Villages for 25 years, Karen is deeply connected to the community.

Guided by her strong faith in God, Karen takes time to truly listen to her customers’ needs and goals, believing that trust, communication, and lasting relationships are the foundation of every successful home buying experience.
