When he is not making people’s dreams come true, Justin enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and friends, as well as playing his percussion instruments. He is a true lover of salsa music and dances the salsa with great skill and technique.

Justin’s two children, Yulian and Nathan, are his world. Yulian is an amazing trombone player and is a member of the jazz band at The Villages Charter High School. Nathan, who loves the outdoors, is passionate about all-things basketball and is a great competitor.

Justin and his two brothers, Javier and Andy, were born and raised in Panama by their mother Elizabeth and their late father, Justin Sr. Justin is in regular contact with his mother, who still lives in Panama, and he, Yulian and Nathan visit her at least once a year. Justin is equally close with his brothers and his nephew Jayden, who reside in Miami.

Justin came to the U.S. in 1992 to attend Florida International University in Miami. He went on to receive a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in finance. He obtained his Florida real estate license in subsequent years.

Justin enjoyed a successful 20-year career in the banking industry before heading north to The Villages, where he once visited. “It was love at first sight for me. I knew there was something unique and special here.”

While Justin’s official title may be sales representative, he likes to call himself a “dream planner.” “It is so amazing to see how people truly enjoy and love their lives in this community.”

He greatly values the friendships he has made with his clients. “They come to me as customers and ultimately become part of my extended family.”

Justin specializes in the sale of new construction (Build Your Dream Home) and the sale and listing of new & preowned homes.
