When he’s not making people’s dreams come true, Justin enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and playing his percussion instruments. He loves salsa dancing and is known for his moves!

Family is important to Justin. His two sons are his world. Yulian, a 2025 graduate of The Villages Charter High School, is a college freshman this fall studying engineering. Nathan, an avid basketball player, is in his eighth and final year at The Villages Charter Middle School.

Justin and his two brothers were born and raised in Panama by their mother Elizabeth and their late father Justin, Sr. He and his mother speak regularly, and he visits her twice a year with Yulian and Nathan.

One of only two Villages sales representatives who speaks fluent Spanish, Justin came to the U.S. in 1992 to attend Florida International University in Miami, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in finance. He enjoyed a successful, 20-year career in the Miami banking industry before making his way to The Villages.

Justin says it was love at first sight when he arrived and the initial feeling of just how special The Villages felt to him only continues to grow.

“People come to me as clients and ultimately, become part of my extended family,” he says. “It is so amazing to see how they truly enjoy and love their lives in this community.”
