As an Associate Director of Career Services and Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, he has helped hundreds of students and professionals navigate pivotal life and career decisions. His experience includes coaching, mentoring, and building meaningful relationships which are skills that translate seamlessly into understanding what truly matters to each homebuyer.

With a Master’s degree in Higher & Post-Secondary Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Junior combines strategic insight with a deeply personal, people-first approach.
