Julio Cesar Lebron was born on July 20, 1964, and was raised in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Clemente High School, where he developed a love for baseball and proudly played for the school’s baseball team.

While attending Clemente High School, Julio met the love of his life, Karen Lebron. Their high school friendship grew into a lifelong partnership, and they were married in 1987. Together they built a strong, faith- and family-centered life and are the proud parents of three children: Julio Angel, Joshua, and Janina.

In 2002, Julio and his family relocated to Central Florida, where he began a career in corrections with Florida State Corrections. He later joined Osceola County Corrections, dedicating himself to public service with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. After a distinguished career, Julio retired in January 2026 following 18 years of service with Osceola County.

Even while serving in corrections, Julio pursued another passion. In 2009, he earned his real estate license and began building a successful second career. Over the years, his enthusiasm for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals continued to grow. Following his retirement from corrections, he embraced real estate full-time and accepted the opportunity to serve as a Sales Representative with The Villages, where he is committed to providing exceptional service and helping clients find the perfect place to call home.

Outside of his professional life, Julio enjoys spending quality time with Karen and their family. Together, they love traveling the world, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and exploring Florida’s many local breweries. Whether serving his community, guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions, or creating lasting memories with family, Julio approaches every chapter with dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for people.
