Judy Dressendorfer has worked in real estate here in The Villages since starting in October of 1991. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Judy attended Penn State University.
Prior to joining Properties of The Villages, Judy spent 10 years in information systems technology designing and developing computer systems and applications for government. She also spent an additional 18 years managing those processes as well as developing and conducting training sessions for government and a community college. She was then hired by a management consulting firm where she managed government and higher education sites and developed master plans and budgets for sites around the country.
In planning for her husband, David’s, retirement, she worked part-time in real estate prior to moving to The Villages. When her husband, David, retired, they had a home in The Villages, and he moved here while Judy was finishing a project. They have one son, Derek, who lives in The Villages. Derek served 6 years in the U.S. Army where he acquired top security clearance and works in The Villages. Her grandson, Edward, also lives in The Villages and is in law enforcement. Often times you’ll find Judy playing cards and golf in her spare time. As a Village resident herself, she enjoys attending musical programs and shows here in The Villages and the occasional casual wine and dinner with friends.
Consistently Judy has been a top producer (#1 seven years) at properties of The Villages since 1991. She receives notes, gifts, and referrals from many of her customers, thanking her for the impact she’s had in making their retirement dreams come true.
