Judi DiPietro has strong customer service and sales experience, much of which she gained in working for a Miami-based computer networking reseller beginning back in 1991. She received her real estate license in 2004 and began her career with a focus in commercial property leasing. She began working in residential real estate sales here with Properties of the Villages in 2012. With strong organizational skills, and exceptional focus in staying updated in The Villages inventory and with the latest real estate trends, Judi works tirelessly to make sure those she works with know she is constantly serving them the very best she can.

Originally from Miami, Judi’s family moved to Clermont in 2003. They love Florida and can’t imagine living anywhere else. “There is nothing like sunshine all year round!” Judi loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family. Candles, flowers, the beach and sunshine are a few of her favorite things. Her husband of 30 years, Frank, is currently partnering with her in the real estate business. They have 4 children, a few significant others and 2 adorable grandbabies. Their daughter Erica has a little girl, Aria Quinn, and a little boy, Ryan William, who live just outside of The Villages. Both little ones are blessed to attend The Villages Charter School. Their daughter Kayla loves all things outdoors and their son Matthew loves his music! Both also live close by. Erica, Kayla and Matthew also work with Properties of The Villages helping people buy and sell homes. Their youngest, Stephen, lives locally, works as a trim carpenter in the Orlando area, and loves spending his free time with friends, family and his favorite girl Emma.

Anytime Judi gets the chance to help others move forward in reaching their goals and dreams, she enjoys a sense of joy and success. Her goal is to help any person that comes her way in whatever capacity is needed, whether just to offer a smile, a kind word, or to help them through perhaps one of the biggest decisions they have ever made, selling or buying a home.
