Joy Bruce has a deep-rooted history with The Villages. Having been raised in the area, she takes immense pride and enjoyment in serving the community she calls “home”. She has two children, Drew and Bella. Joy’s husband, Cody, is the love of her life, and they enjoy the simple things and quality time together.

Before joining Properties of The Villages, Joy was the program director at Camp Geneva in Fruitland Park, FL.
