Jonathan Grantham has lived in Florida his entire life. While growing up in the panhandle of Florida, he has enjoyed living in several different counties in the Sunshine State. Prior to coming to The Villages, Jonathan began his career in education in 2000. He was an Algebra teacher and coach in Panama City, Florida. His next stop introduced him to Tallahassee, Florida where was an assistant principal and principal. He continued to Tampa, Florida where he had the privilege of serving as a principal for 3 different schools. His last adventure in education was in Ocala, Florida where he served as a Deputy Superintendent.

Jonathan is happily married to his beautiful wife Diana and has 5 children: Jordan, Ireland, Tate, Hartley and Charley. He and his family enjoy spending time together on the lake, going to church, watching any of their children play sports and anything that creates life-long memories. Family time is his happy place!

Just as in education, Jonathan came to The Villages to help change lives. He hopes to provide tremendous customer service, with an uncanny ability to listen and learn, to be certain your life in The Villages is beyond your wildest dreams.
