John moved to Central Florida from Louisville, Kentucky in 1978 and is proud to call it home. After graduating from Lake Brantley High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University’s College of Business, majoring in Hospitality Administration. Following college, John spent several years on Florida’s west coast before ultimately returning to Central Florida.

His professional background includes extensive sales experience in business-to-business and medical industries, and most recently, seven years in the high-end marine industry. Today, as a Licensed Sales Associate for The Properties of The Villages, John is truly driven and dedicated to helping his customers achieve their dreams of living in this remarkable community—making sure that each resident’s hopes, needs, and lifestyle goals are fully realized.

John considers working for The Villages an honor, noting that there’s no other company where smiles, warm welcomes, and genuine teamwork are more evident.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, making the most of Florida’s sunshine. Whenever possible, he heads to the mountains to indulge in his favorite pastime—hiking. His favorite film, The Shawshank Redemption, reflects his appreciation for perseverance, hope, and the beauty of new beginnings.
