WOW!!! That is the only word that John can describe since being involved with Properties of The Villages. A “BUCKEYE” native, John has been in this area for over 38 years with many of those years working in some capacity with The Villages. He worked alongside many of the Morse family members back in the late 1980’s. After several years working with Babette’s Furniture in Leesburg, John “came back home” in 2017 as a Sales Representative.

Serving in a leadership role for The Villages for the past 6 years, John has returned to his first love as a Sales Representative. What he missed most is the relationships with residents and future residents. “My goal as a Licensed Real Estate Professional is to provide information to help people make an intelligent decision about moving to The Villages, or within The Villages”, says John. “I love to hear the stories of others and getting to know all about them. It’s not just about a real estate transaction, but rather about the relationship.”

John is blessed to have his 3 kids and 3 grandkids all within 30 miles of him and looks forward to seeing them as often as possible.

John loves to fish, hunt and play table tennis at the recreation centers.
