Born in Detroit, Michigan, Joe Robinson was the first of seven siblings to be brought into the world. Being the oldest, he found that he had to quickly become a protector and a leader. From a young age, Joe has always been a very curious and adventurous person.

Graduating in the top of his class from Michigan Institute of Aviation and Technology, Joe became an aircraft mechanic at the age of nineteen. After graduation, he was offered a position at Lockheed Martin to deploy with a special operations branch of the United States Air Force to take care of their fleet of unmanned aircraft, which he did for seven years. By always putting in 100% effort and leaving no stone unturned, he quickly climbed the ranks to become the youngest Senior Level Engineer at Lockheed Martin.

Joe relocated to Florida, so he could enjoy the vacation-like lifestyle on his time off from work. He loves trips to the beach and natural springs. You can also find him flipping around on the freestyle motocross ramp. Shortly after moving to FL, he found the love of his life, Shauna Coppola, a Sales Representative for Properties of The Villages. Five years later they got married and are the proud parents of two dogs and a wild cat, Daisy, Blossom, and Petunia.

After retiring from his overseas deployments, he pursued a career as a successful home inspector, where he learned everything there is to know about the homes in The Villages. While home inspecting was interesting, Joe’s favorite part of the job was always interacting with the homeowners. Through the years, Joe watched Shauna help Villagers dreams come true, and decided he wanted to follow in her footsteps. He wants to guide people to the same happiness he has found since moving to The Villages.

Joe is dedicated to living life to the fullest. After all these years Joe is still putting in 100% effort and leaving no stone unturned, but now with your real estate needs! Excited to meet you, Joe is ready and willing to guide you through your next steps to the adventure of a lifetime.
