For Jo Ann, a native Floridian, selling homes with Properties of The Villages fulfills her “lifelong love of real estate,” putting her customer service, detail orientated mindset, solid work ethic, and love of people to work. She has sold between 40-60 homes each year since joining Properties of The Villages in 2008 and has always been a top producer.

With over 33+ years in Real Estate, Commercial and Residential, Jo Ann was awarded the honor of earning a street named for her: “Ives Lane,” leaving a permanent legacy here for her children. After recently becoming a Villager, Jo Ann is now “Living the Dream” and seeing firsthand how much fun it is to live here. “Golf, Pickleball, Dancing and more… the opportunities are honestly endless!”

Jo Ann also has two incredible children, Ashley and Cody, who both graduated from The Villages Charter High School. Ashley is married to an amazing guy, Chris Wilson, and they have two beautiful daughters, Nova Quinn and Juniper Mae. Ashley graduated from Nursing School and is working at Ocala Regional Hospital in the ICU. She is also studying to complete her BSN. Cody is working as a welder after graduating from Lake Technical College in Leesburg. Jo Ann’s mother, Jackie, has lived in The Villages since 2003 and loves living here. Living in The Villages has dramatically improved her quality of life. Jackie has won numerous medals at the Senior Games and four hole-in-ones! Not bad for someone who is in her 90s!
