Jim was raised outside of Chicago, Illinois in Crystal Lake. Jim moved to the Ocala area in middle school. Soon after moving to the area, Jim watched The Villages expand from the first Town Center in Spanish Springs to what it is today. He has fond memories of family visits to the town square enjoying the entertainment and Classic Cruise in Car shows.

After graduating from a local high school, Jim enlisted in the United States Navy as a fire control man. He operated anti-air gun and missile systems for five years and misses every minute of it. Jim was very proud to serve his country.

Regardless, of any position in the several careers that Jim held prior to coming to The Villages, he feels that by far this is the best suited career for him. The opportunity to meet new people from all over the country and share this unique community with them is truly a gift that he feels blessed to do each and every day. Each experience and journey with a guest who has not been to The Villages before is a way for him to not only present a new Lifestyle for you to enjoy the best of years of your life but that perfect home as well.

Jim has been recognized for Sales Excellence as a Top Tier Sales Producer. In 2020, Jim and his wife were both honored by The Villages for their success by naming a street after them, “Amidei Path” and “Jim Street” found in The Villages of Moultrie Creek and Shady Brook. Jim has consistently remained a Top Performer edging out at the top of the team repeatedly in the top 3% or better year over year since that time.

Jim has made it his business to be a knowledgeable resource for all his customers whether buying or selling. Jim is very proud to say that the vast majority of his business is referral-based from previous clients who insist on his professional service for themselves, their family, friends and neighbors. On a personal note, Jim has two beautiful daughters Aubrey and Addalyn, and son Anderson. Jim’s wife Jenny also serves The Villages working in the Sales Department. Jim and his family presently reside near The Villages with his children attending The Villages Charter School. This community has become our life and I am proud to share it with others.

For fun, Jim enjoys watching his children’s various events including Baseball games, saltwater fishing, boating, Tampa Bay Football and most importantly just spending time with family.
