Jill is no stranger to The Villages having served residents of The Villages through some of the most emotional and difficult transitions of life. Her years working in assisted living and memory care communities impressed upon her an appreciation for seniors while equipping her with an understanding of the importance of aging in place.

Jill is now serving The Villages in a different capacity and brings the same benevolence and honesty she has always displayed, combined with a drive of tenacity that has made her successful.

Jill moved to Florida in 2007, following her mother and father’s desire for a warmer climate. Having been born in Detroit, her family moved to Minneapolis where Jill spent most of her early years. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from the University of Minnesota and furthered her education with a master’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Colorado.

Jill’s father always possessed an entrepreneurial heart and has been a mentor and influence on Jill, creating that “Think Outside the Box” mentality and a “Never Give up” drive and determination.

While raising two children, Jill always found time for improvement, having adopted running as a method of focus and relaxation. Jill has logged over 25 races ranging from 5 and 10k runs to obstacle course mud runs and even a half marathon. Jill’s perseverance is manifested from her ability to set goals, never procrastinate, and always push forward.
