Jeff is a native Floridian who was born in Tampa and grew up in Orlando. He began his working experience at The Walt Disney World company where he learned the importance of relationship building, creating memories and providing seamless guest experiences.

He met his lovely wife Alison of 28 years at Disney while she was working on the college program. They were married in 1997 and bought their first home in Clermont, FL. They finally settled in Groveland, FL for a small town feel and to raise their children Emma and Jacob. He loves being by the water, vacationing in the mountains and spending time with his family as well as being a movie buff. His daughter recently married her love and best friend Stephen, and she also works with The Villages as a guest coordinator. His son Jacob is a rising senior at South Lake High school. They also have a very sweet lab-mix named Comet, who they rescued from a local shelter. We always like to say, “He rescued us.”

His aunt and uncle moved to The Villages in 2000 and a whole new world was introduced to his entire family. Over the years he has made many family memories here. He has enjoyed golfing, swimming, dancing and dining to name a few. He has delighted in watching his aunt’s and uncle’s retirement dreams come true through an active lifestyle, unimaginable experiences and friendships that many dream of. One of his fondest memories is dressing up for Halloween, laughing and dancing in the square with his daughter thinking “Wow, this place is amazing… does it get any better than this!”

He spent most of his career working in merchant processing sales as a territory Vice President. This role allowed him to continue building relationships, with many turning into lasting friendships as well as ensuring that his clients were “seen” and “heard”. He worked across Central Florida providing services and partnering with community banks along with small and large businesses.

A passion growing up was always Real Estate. His mother worked in Real Estate for over 20 years and enjoyed helping others find their dream homes across Central Florida. He learned and listened to all she knew and loved walking through homes and helping her as needed. He always thought if the opportunity presented itself, he was going to take it. He became a licensed Realtor in 2024 and was presented with a wonderful opportunity to join The Properties of The Villages in the Spring of 2025.

Jeff’s main goal is to create lasting relationships with those that he meets, and share his love of this beautiful community, The Villages. He has a natural skill set for listening and understanding the needs of his customers and is eager to help them find their dream home and a lifestyle that they have worked for and deserve.
