Jared’s connection to Florida’s Friendliest Hometown spans more than two decades. After growing up in Colorado Springs, he moved to Central Florida in time to watch Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square rise from the ground up, giving him a unique appreciation for the community’s growth and the lifestyle it offers.

For years, Jared served residents and visitors through FMK Restaurant Group, where hospitality, exceptional service, and genuine connection became the foundation of his approach to serving others. Those experiences reinforced his belief that the best service comes from listening, building relationships, and making every person feel welcomed and valued.

Real estate was a natural next step, allowing Jared to combine his passion for serving others with his love for The Villages. He describes his role with Properties of The Villages as “feeling retired before retirement,” giving him the opportunity to help others discover a lifestyle he genuinely enjoys while building lasting relationships along the way.

As a father, Jared has also experienced firsthand the value of The Villages Charter School, further strengthening his appreciation for everything this community has to offer.

When he’s not helping customers find their dream home, Jared enjoys running local 5Ks, attending concerts at The Sharon, cheering on football, and exploring local restaurants. For Jared, The Villages isn’t simply where he lives. It’s a community he truly loves sharing with others, and he considers it a privilege to help customers begin their next chapter here.
