Janibal Vazquez is a United States Army Veteran who honorably served his country in multiple tours. While in the service he was deployed to Kosovo, multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan where he led multiple teams to successful missions. While on active duty, Janibal received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Information Technology, and an associate degree in Social Sciences. After twelve years serving his country, he decided to pursue Real estate, earning his licenses in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Janibal is happily married to his wife Carolina, and together they have one daughter, Alejandra, and a miniature schnauzer, Carmelo Vazquez. Being a family-oriented man, Janibal spends every moment away from work with his family enjoying their pool, BBQ’s, movies and playing family games.

In 2016, Janibal and Carolina were introduced to The Villages by his mother. They never looked back, making The Villages their forever home. “There is nothing like the peace I feel in The Villages. Coming from a big city where you truly cannot enjoy your time and family, The Villages not only allows you to enjoy your life but also truly makes you feel part of a family.”

Janibal Vazquez has had the pleasure in working in multiple locations here in The Villages, starting in our Lifestyle Preview Program, then over to the District Property Management where he supervised vendors in maintaining and up keeping The Villages to the highest standard.  He soon moved on from Supervisor to Assistant Manager of our Town Square and decided that making dreams come true is really his passion and true mission. Since he left the Army, his slogan has always been to “continue serving my country by serving you.”
