Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Jake Snipes has had a lifelong connection to Florida and The Villages. Some of his favorite childhood memories were made during visits to his grandparents in The Villages, where he experienced the community long before he ever imagined he would one day begin his career there. Over the years, Jake watched The Villages grow while gaining a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, friendships, and sense of community that make it such a special place.

Jake graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) with a degree in Marketing and Sales, where he developed a passion for business, communication, and building relationships with people. During college, he completed a Marketing and Sales internship with The Villages, giving him the opportunity to see the community from a professional perspective. What was once a place he visited with his family became a place where he could envision building his own future.

Now as a full-time Sales Representative at The Villages, Jake brings a unique perspective to helping others discover what makes the community special. Having experienced The Villages both as a visitor and as a professional, he understands that every person who walks through the door has a different story. Whether they are longtime visitors, first-time guests, or have family and friends already living in the community, Jake enjoys learning what brings people here and helping them determine if The Villages is the right fit for their next chapter.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His hobbies include golf, hunting, wakeboarding, soccer, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Jake is proud to begin his career in a community that has played such a meaningful role in his life and his family’s memories. He looks forward to meeting people from all over the world, sharing his experiences, and helping others discover the lifestyle that makes The Villages such a unique place to call home.
