As a lifetime Florida resident, Jada has watched The Villages community grow and thrive for many years. Born in Orlando and raised in South Florida, she earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Florida Atlantic University and was named “Teacher of the Year” in her first year of teaching.

In 2008, Jada moved to Orlando to pursue a master’s degree in Corporate Business Administration from Florida International University while working at Siemens. Over eight years in marketing roles, she traveled internationally to Germany, Turkey, Brazil, England, and Dubai.

In 2014, Jada relocated to Leesburg as Director of Economic Development for Sumter County. She connected businesses with county resources, recruited new businesses to the area, and helped her team earn the Accredited Economic Development Organization designation. During this time, she recognized The Villages as a special community and knew she wanted to be part of it.

The transition to Properties of The Villages felt like a natural next step. A third-generation real estate professional, Jada’s grandmother founded Florida Living Investments in downtown Orlando as a successful broker. Those early experiences sparked a passion for helping people that define her work today — listening carefully to understand what matters most to her clients. Jada lives just outside The Villages with her two children, Gunnar and Miriam. She enjoys family time, traveling, kayaking, playing tennis, arts and crafts, and cooking.
