Jackie was born and raised in the Caribbean in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 2001 with her family. She and her husband Michael have been married since 2010 and together they have seven kids, two grandkids, and two dogs Charlotte and Maximus (The last two think they run the house).

She loves to cook, spend time with her family, travel, and watch the sunset! Jackie has an amazing eye for detail and enjoys decorating and making her home beautiful. Her family jokes that one of her superpowers is knowing when one of the pillows in the house is out of place, no matter where she is at.

Nothing makes her feel more accomplished than making somebody’s day a little brighter. One of her favorite quotes is from Bob Marley “The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively”.

Jackie has always been focused on hospitality and customer service. From her first job in retail, the US Postal service, a children’s nonprofit organization, ministry, and in healthcare she is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those she serves & help make their day better for having been around her.

As a Licensed Real Estate Professional with Properties of The Villages, Jackie’s attention to detail and hospitality serves her customers well. She loves helping people discover how their retirement dreams can come true in our amazing hometown which has something to offer everyone, no matter where they are from or what they love to do.
