Like most of you, Holly Fouchia was mesmerized on her first visit to The Villages. As soon as she stepped foot in Brownwood Square, she felt like she was transported back in time where everyone was smiling, holding doors for you, and the streets were so clean with lots of beautiful flowers. She knew she needed to move to the area and be a part of this lifestyle.

Holly and Aaron moved here from Michigan where they were both born and raised. Holly taught elementary school in the Bay City area for over 20 years and Aaron still runs a successful masonry business in the Thumb and Detroit areas. Between them they have five children. The oldest, Taylor, lives in the area with her husband and the two grandbabies, Genevieve and Rowan. Holly was overjoyed to have Aaron build their only grandchildren a home right next door. They are hoping more of their children will follow and move to the area in the near future!

Holly is very driven by relationships. She was not only her students’ teacher, but also a friend to their families and a forever confidant. Now she loves meeting new guests and taking on an active role in helping them find their forever dream home as they fall in love with The Villages. Holly wants everyone to experience The Villages lifestyle and friendly atmosphere. Holly likes to say, “This is a place you truly have to see for yourself to believe it! I am living my dream, and I cannot wait to share this experience with others.”
