Heather A. Kim is proud to be part of Properties of The Villages and finds immense joy in helping others achieve their dream of living in this one-of-a-kind community. As a resident herself, she understands the lifestyle and opportunities that make The Villages so special, and she is enthusiastic about guiding others on their own journey to call it home.

Before joining the team at The Villages, Heather built a 30-year career in higher education administration across Arizona, Indiana, and Florida. She dedicated her professional life to supporting students, building relationships, and helping others succeed, skills that continue to serve her well as she supports future Villagers making important life decisions.

Heather, originally from Indiana, has been happily married for nearly 35 years to her husband, Darryl, who is originally from Hawaii. After years of owning, but only living part-time in the Villages, she and her husband finally chose to make the Sunshine State their permanent home. Heather has fully embraced the vibrant lifestyle, welcoming culture, and strong sense of community, made even more meaningful by having several family members who also call The Villages home.

Family remains at the center of her life, and she is the proud mother of twins, Dylan and Delaney, who live in Tennessee and Arizona. Though miles may separate them, she cherishes every opportunity to stay connected and spend time together.

Today, Heather enjoys all that The Villages has to offer from its beautiful neighborhoods, abundant golf courses, nightly entertainment and overall lifestyle to the friendships and experiences that make each day unique. She is excited to help others begin their next chapter and experience the same sense of fulfillment in a place she is proud to call home.
