Heather is a native of Florida, having grown up in Jupiter, FL then moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. Heather began her Real Estate career after graduating from college in 2001. She became a senior onsite sales associate for a national new home builder in the Metro Orlando area. In that time, she was a part of over $1.1 billion in sales volume, received Million Dollar Circle Awards year over year, and won MAME Salesperson of the Year in 2007. This experience and professional training laid the foundation for the next phase of her Real Estate career.

She decided to make the move into traditional Real Estate in 2009. She had always wanted to help people with their Real Estate needs on a broader scale. Like other professions, Real Estate is based on relationships and relationship building. The core of her business was based on referrals from her past customers and builders she worked with over the years. The trust, loyalty and support of her clients allowed her to be recognized as one of the top 20% of realtors within the National Association of Realtors.

Beyond that, most of her adult life, Real Estate and design has been her passion. Her first major project came in 2001 just as she was getting started in Real Estate. She did a complete whole house renovation on her personal home, with help of course. From there she started investing and remodeling smaller condos. Since then, she’s continued to build a modest real estate portfolio along with finding distressed properties to bring back to life. She mentions this because having personal experience with buying, selling, and investing allows her to stay current with the market along with knowing how to best help her buyer’s, seller’s, and investor’s needs.

After many years helping her amazing clients, Heather was fortunate to be offered an opportunity to join the real estate team at The Villages. She is looking forward to continuing to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience doing the same work she knows and loves, but now with the vision and support she was looking for during this next chapter of her life.

Heather’s philosophy in business is no different than in her personal life; treat others how you want to be treated and meet people where they are. Oh, and have a little fun while doing it!

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being active, tasty food, entertaining, spending time with her boxer Bodhi, and hanging out with her amazing family and friends. Also, a really good night definitely ends in dancing!
