Before transitioning into real estate, Heath dedicated 27 years to a successful career in Information Technology with FedEx. During nearly three decades in the corporate sector, he specialized in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with vendors and colleagues alike. Today, he translates that same commitment to partnership into his real estate business, acting as a dedicated ally for his customers as they search for their “forever homes.” Just as he navigated complex global systems, Heath now provides the precision and reliability needed to navigate the Florida real estate market.

Family and tradition are the cornerstones of Heath’s life. He and his wife, Dena, have been married for 23 years and share a proud history as Florida State University alumni — Heath graduating in 1999 and Dena in 2001. Together, they have raised two children: Peyton, who is currently finishing her high school career, and Hunter, who is carrying on the family’s Seminole legacy at FSU while studying Business Management and Real Estate. Since 2011, Dena has balanced her role as a mother with owning and operating a successful newborn and family photography business, a testament to their shared entrepreneurial spirit.

Outside of the office, Heath’s appreciation for detail is evident in his 30-year passion for woodworking, a craft that requires the same patience and vision he brings to his customers. You can also frequently find him on the golf course, enjoying a round and some quality time with his son, Hunter.
