Hany’s journey in real estate is a testament to her dedication to helping others achieve their dreams. Born in La Habana, Cuba, Hany’s parents migrated to the United States in pursuit of freedom and the American dream, instilling in her the values of hard work and perseverance.

In 2019, Hany made a significant move, relocating from Miami, FL, to pursue her passion for home design. She joined our home design team right here in The Villages. Beyond making homes visually appealing, she discovered a deep love for making others’ dreams come true. Building strong relationships and truly getting to know her clients are what Hany values most as a Sales Representative with Properties of The Villages.

Her love story with her high school sweetheart, Steven, began in the 8th grade. Steven was the high school quarterback, and Hany was the cheerleading captain, cheering for him on the field. Their enduring love and partnership have been a source of strength in her life.

As a mother of two boys, Luke and Kyle, Hany finds her greatest joy in motherhood. They keep her grounded and serve as a constant reminder of her purpose. You can often find her on the sidelines of her sons’ baseball games or attending various sporting events. She also cherishes family time at Disney and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, perfecting new family recipes.
