Greg was born in Harlem, New York, and raised in Northvale, New Jersey. Although a New Jersey native, he never lost the NYC edge both personally and professionally. He attended Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania where he earned his Business Administration degree and met his wife, Lauren. After college they went their separate ways but fate stepped in and brought them back together forever later in life.

During his early career, Greg owned and operated a successful moving and storage company. This became his goal while working at a local moving company during his High School and College days to support his education. After years of traveling cross-county growing his business, the time away from raising his young family dictated change.

For the last 35 years, Greg has been working in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry, originating thousands of loans and assisting clients realize their dreams. Fiercely loyal, his passion is finding solutions, personalized attention, honesty and integrity. People are his motivation. His unique ability to work with buyers and sellers is the cornerstone of his success.

As a Village of DeLuna resident, his enthusiasm for The Villages is infectious. He is not only living his dream but is able to share his experience, knowledge and drive to make others’ dreams come true as well.

During his personal time, Greg is a die-hard New York sports fan. He can be seen and heard routing on the Yankees, Giants and Rangers. He loves cruise vacations and travel, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
