Gerald Bowles has been part of The Villages Sales team since 2000. He started his real estate career in 1996 selling homes for a retirement community.

Born in Lansing, Michigan, Gerald grew up in Florida since the age of 4. He has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Gerald loves to stay active. You can catch him cycling, playing pickleball and ultimate frisbee, or even down on the square listening to live music. He enjoys fishing as well. He volunteers his time locally and truly enjoys helping others. That’s why he values the friendships that are formed with his clients. He takes great pride in the level of service he provides. He enjoys helping customers find their right home, and helping residents sell their current homes so that they can start the next chapter of their life. His customer philosophy is to treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Gerald’s fiancé, Kelly Messer, is also a team member of The Villages team. She started her career with The Villages in 2017.
