Gary Lazdowski joined Properties of The Villages in 2006. He is originally from Pelham, New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business. After graduation Gary worked with Putnam Investments before joining his father in the moving and storage business.

Gary has been married to his wonderful wife Amy for over 12 years. Together they have two beautiful children. Ellie is 10 and her brother Dean is 9. Both attend the Charter School and are involved in a number of after school activities and sports.

When not helping folks here at work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, boating, golfing and fishing. A bass fisherman up north, Gary now enjoys fishing the nearby saltwater and counts Crystal River amongst his favorite spots. When time permits, he enjoys a quiet dinner out with his wife.

Gary fondly remembers a customer that loved The Villages but had questions about our Community Development District. After spending over two and a half hours on the front porch at the sales office, they felt comfortable with Gary and our community and moved forward. Today they’re on their second home here, and are happy to tell anyone about our local government – and why it’s one of the biggest reasons you should purchase here!
