Gary is an experienced licensed real estate professional in Central Florida and has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Though born in Washington D.C., most of his life was spent in Hampton Roads, a coastal area of Virginia. Before entering the world of real estate, he spent more than twenty-five years in the moving and storage industry where he received Certified Moving Consultant status. During that time, he was introduced to and gained knowledge about The Villages. He handled the move of countless individuals to the community over the years.

Gary is a full-time resident of The Villages, living with his wife, Gail, in The Village of St. Catherine. His dream of making this community his home began in 2010 during an extended weekend trip through Florida. He and his wife explored many 55+ communities throughout the state. Once they visited The Villages – nothing else could compare! During that initial visit, he learned of the remarkable lifestyle and enjoyed many hours of house hunting. He came away with the thought “how wonderful would it be to represent this community as a real estate professional for The Villages!”

During his leisure time, Gary enjoys golfing, riding his bike, and walking the many walking trails in The Villages. Gary and Gail have one son, Ryan, who lives in Chicago with his wife, Elizabeth, and two precious sons, Lucas, and Hayes. Not surprisingly, Gary’s favorite pastime is spending time with his grandsons.
