Gail Evans has been a part of the Properties of The Villages team since 2010. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, Gail is the second of five kids in an Air Force family. When her dad retired in 1961, they moved to Brevard County, FL, where she graduated from Melbourne High School in 1968. She attended Brevard Community College before moving to Leesburg, FL in 1970.

“The Lord brought Lee Evans, my best friend and husband, into my life in 1970.” Gail and Lee were married for 52 years before Lee went to heaven in June of 2024. Gail has 3 great kids: Dawn, who lives in West Virginia, Joe, who served as a missionary in Papua, New Guinea for 26 years and is now serving at Ethnos 360 International Headquarters in Sanford FL, and Danna, who lives in Lady Lake, FL with her husband, Brian, and Gail’s two wonderful grandsons; Nathan, 20, soon to be a junior at the University of Florida and plays in the marching band and Gavin, 17, who just graduated from the Charter School in The Villages, and will be attending Lake Sumter State College. Danna is a nurse at Lake Imaging in Brownwood, and her husband Brian has an established locksmith business, Lock It Up, Inc.

Gail enjoys golf, playing cards and board games, and vacations to Sanibel Island. She is always ready to spend time with her family and friends. She is active in her church and hosts a biweekly bible study in her home.

Gail has been annually recognized since 2012 for Sales Excellence.
