Gail Evans has been a part of the Properties of The Villages team since 2010. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, Gail is the second of five kids in an Air Force family. When her dad retired in 1961, they moved to Brevard County, Florida, where she graduated from Melbourne High School in 1968. She attended Brevard Community College before moving to Leesburg, FL in 1970.

“The Lord brought Lee Evans, my best friend and husband, into my life in 1970.” Gail and Lee have been married for 51 years and have 3 great kids: Dawn, who lives in West Virginia, Joe, who is serving as a missionary in Papua, New Guinea, and Danna, who lives in Leesburg with her husband Brian and their two wonderful grandsons; Nathan 17, and Gavin 15. Danna is a nurse at Lake Imaging in Brownwood and her husband Brian works as a locksmith, with both of the boys attending The Villages Charter School.

Gail and Lee enjoy golf and vacations to Sanibel Island. They are always ready to spend time with the grandkids. In addition, they like to entertain friends and have them over for dinner and cards. Lee, now retired, works as a volunteer at the Benevolence Center at First Baptist Church of Leesburg, giving away tons of food every week to needy families.

Gail has been annually recognized since 2012 for Sales Excellence.
