Freddy Goins is a native Floridian, born and raised in nearby Ocala, Florida. As a child, he attended The Villages Charter School’s basketball and football camps, which sparked his love for The Villages at a young age.

He started his real estate career in his early 20s, driven by a desire to help people while being involved in his local community. After several years of helping buyers and sellers’ dreams come true, Freddy and his business partner opened their own real estate brokerage. Having owned his own company, Freddy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every client interaction.

Freddy and his wife Kayla have an amazing son, Jayce, and another son, Drew, on the way. Outside of his professional life, Freddy loves to travel and is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing basketball, golf, and pickleball in his spare time. He also loves spending time in The Villages outside of work, particularly dining at RJ Gator’s by Lake Sumter Landing and indulging in delicious desserts from Kilwin’s Ice Cream at Spanish Springs Town Square. Freddy’s role model is his father, Fred Goins Sr., who instilled in him the values of hard work and perseverance, as his dad was Freddy’s favorite coach growing up.

At Properties of The Villages, Freddy’s goal is to provide exceptional service to each and every client. He prides himself on his attention to detail and his ability to guide clients through the home buying and selling process with care and integrity.
