Frank DiPietro LOVES to help “Make Retirement Dreams Come True”. He thinks of The Villages as the reward for the many sacrifices made by future residents in working, raising families and saving money. Frank’s Mother-in-Law, a retired Physical Education Teacher and Guidance Counselor, came to The Villages in 2003, and has been loving The Villages Lifestyle ever since. Recently, Frank asked her if she would rather be anywhere else after 20 years and the answer was a resounding “No.”

Frank was born in Boston and moved to Southeast Florida at a young age. While he has loved growing up in The Sunshine State, he has never forgotten his summer trips to “Bean Town” to visit family and see all the history the city boasts.

He studied accounting at Florida International University in Miami, Florida and received his master’s degree and Certified Public Accounting Certificate in 2000. His experience includes working as a CFO for a ‘start-up’ computer networking company, a consultant for a regional accounting firm with a focus in real estate and time share industries, a Tax Professional for a local accounting firm, and to ultimately running his own multi-faceted Professional Accounting, Tax and Consulting firm.

Frank married his wife, Judi DiPietro, in 1994. They crossed paths many times before working together and falling in love. They like to think of their romance as somewhat of an ‘online’ relationship as they often communicated in the workplace using a ‘chat’ program similar to today’s texting or instant messenger program.

Judi joined The Villages in 2012 and has been making dreams come true ever since. Between watching the impact, she has had on the positive life change for new Villages residents and the satisfaction that her mother has enjoyed, Frank couldn’t help but to join his wife to form The DiPietro Team in 2016. The three oldest children, Erica, Kayla and Matthew also joined Properties of The Villages, a huge blessing for the family team, which is rounded out with their amazing assistants, Carol Levak and Brittany Walker.

Frank and Judi love to be together and spend time with their family. They also love to travel, play games, and help others. They have four grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Erica Chambers, their oldest, is mom to Aria and Ryan and lives in Oxford, Florida. Kayla, the youngest daughter, loves travel, playing in the sun, kickboxing and all things exercise. Matthew, the oldest son, loves playing drums, golf and enjoying the outdoors. Both reside in Minneola, Florida. Stephen, the youngest of the DiPietro children, is a trim carpenter and enjoys spending his free time with friends, family, and his girl Emma. He currently lives in Clermont, Florida.
