Erica Chambers and her family are “All In” when it comes to The Villages. Her Grandmother has been a resident since 2003 and her parents, Judi and Frank DiPietro, as well as her aunt, JoAnn Ives, have been making dreams come true as top performers on the Sales & Marketing Representative team for several years. This work ethic and burning desire to assist people in realizing their dreams was instilled in Erica throughout her life.

Erica studied Healthcare Administration at Ashford University and began her career as a Healthcare Administrator in The Villages at a chiropractic practice in Colony Plaza. She later joined Properties of The Villages as an administrative assistant and quickly transitioned to a Sales Representative. Her administrative background, combined with her communication skills, and commitment to her guests and residents, makes her the perfect guide to navigating your journey.

Originally from Pembroke Pines, Florida, Erica relocated to Clermont, Florida in 2003 with her family. She has two beautiful children, Aria and Ryan. During her free time, you will find her with family enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. They especially love exploring the State Parks and going to Disney World.
