Ellis Poplaski, raised in The Villages, has a deep-rooted connection to the area and a unique understanding of its appeal. He grew up in The Villages with his parents, both of whom have worked in the community for all of his life, giving him an inside perspective on what makes this area so special.

A proud graduate of The Villages Charter School, Ellis earned High Honors and was an accomplished athlete. He played football and competed in weightlifting, earning First Team All-State recognition for football and securing The Villages High School’s first state championship in boys weightlifting. These achievements reflect his strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership, qualities that he brings to his professional life.

Before becoming a Sales Representative, Ellis worked as a Lobby Host and Guest Coordinator for The Villages. In these roles, he developed valuable skills in hospitality, customer service, and communication, which now enhance his ability to listen attentively to guests and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone he works with.

Ellis is known for his hard work, stewardship, and commitment to making his future residents’ dreams come true. He is focused on building strong relationships, listening closely to his guests’ needs, and ensuring that the home-buying experience is not only successful, but also enjoyable.

Outside of work, Ellis enjoys a variety of sports, including football, basketball, golf, and fishing. These activities help him maintain a balanced and energetic lifestyle, which he channels into his professional career. He believes in staying true to himself, having fun, and infusing joy into everything he does.
