Donna has been a Sales and Marketing Representative in The Villages since 1991. She was the #1 Sales Agent at Sun Central Realty from 1998 to 2004. She also was a Greater Lake County Association of Realtors Top Ten Agent for 9 years.

Donna was born in McKeesport, PA then moved to Ohio where she started her career and raised her daughter. Then decided to make a change and move to warmer weather, she ended here in Florida. Donna’s daughter, Zina Fenster-Beasley, made the move from Ohio to Florida and started working with her in 2013. Donna has 3 grandchildren; Ashley, Zane & Taylor. “It is so nice after many years apart to have my family so close together again.”

During her free time, which is not much, Donna enjoys watching OSU play sports, especially, football & basketball. She tries to get to a couple of home games a year with her daughter. Donna also enjoys shopping and going to the movies for a little relaxation time.

I make giving back to the community a priority, so you may see me or my name from time to time on various sports teams, and in different recreation centers through the 10 donated Automatic External Defibrillators. I am also honored to be a Silver Sponsor of Adventures in Movement (AIM), an organization in which Nancy Lopez serves as National Ambassador. Vice President of the Ohio State University Alumni Club, I contribute to our clubs endowed scholarship fund for OSU and I also sponsor the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer, supporting the James & Solove, Research Centers in Columbus, Ohio.
