That same drive has played a major role in her success at The Villages, where she quickly became one of the organization’s top-performing sales representatives. In her first year, she was recognized as the 2023 Rookie Representative of the Year. In 2024 and 2025 she was acknowledged for selling the most Home Sites and New Construction Homes.

While Diana is widely recognized for her record-breaking success in new construction sales, her expertise extends across both new and pre-owned homes, allowing her to help customers find the perfect fit regardless of their preferences, lifestyle, or budget. Her most recent achievement was being honored as the #3 Sales Representative in The Villages for 2025.

Diana and her husband, Jonathan, are proud parents of five children: Jordan, Ireland, Tate, Hartley, and Charley. When she’s not helping customers find their perfect home, you’ll likely find her in the gym, tackling a CrossFit workout, staying active outdoors, or cheering on her children at their sporting events. Her passion for fitness reflects her energetic personality and commitment to always giving her best.
