David was born and raised in Lake County Florida. After graduating from Leesburg High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps and served a tour in Iraq as a motor transport Marine during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. After serving 6 years and becoming a Sergeant in the Marines, David pursued a career in Physical Therapy and spent 10 years working in various stages of healthcare serving The Villages community. Outside of his career in the Marines and Physical Therapy, David had the opportunity to serve The Villages in many ways. He worked for a lumber company delivering materials for construction at just 16 years old and then in the food industry at Spanish Springs Town Square prior to graduating high school. During college he delivered newspapers for our very own Daily Sun Newspaper to Villages residents while also working at a local post office as a letter carrier.

David has two beautiful children, Mylee 16, and Brady 10, who both have attended The Villages Charter School since preschool. In his free time David enjoys spending time outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking with his beautiful girlfriend, pickleball, tennis, golf, baseball, and anything else sports related.

David has had a unique opportunity to watch The Villages grow over the past 30 plus years and can’t wait to share this beautiful unmatched community with future residents helping them find their dream home. He is very excited to be a part of such a great team here at Properties of The Villages. He plans to bring his exceptional customer service, professionalism, and sincerity to every customer he has the pleasure of serving. “The Villages is a special place.
