David moved right outside the Villages in 2009, and for the first few years in the area, he worked helping maintain several of the executive courses throughout Florida’s friendliest hometown. With news of his first child on the way, his wife Eileen knew it was time for him to return to school, and so he did. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as his Florida Teaching Certificate, before his son’s first birthday. He would go on to teach at both the middle and high school levels for the next four years before pursuing his career in real estate. He joined The Villages family in 2018 as a Guest Coordinator and has had the privilege of working with so many future residents as well as many other folks, who thought The Villages was too good to be true, only to find out that it’s not.

In his free time, David enjoys just being with his family, wife Eileen, son Milo, daughter Mabel, and their seven backyard chickens. More than anything he loves being a dad.
