Danielle DiMaria is an enthusiastic and seasoned real estate agent with deep love for The Villages Lifestyle. She is a northern transplant who followed her parents to warmer weather in The Villages. They live in The Village of Caroline and she lives with her husband, Josh, and their two children, Nicholas and Julia, in Middleton. Nicholas is graduating from The Villages Charter School in May 2025 and will be continuing to Lake Sumter State College in the fall. Julia is loving grade school life and can always be counted on for some VCS Buffalo pride! After visiting for 7 years, Danielle and Josh couldn’t resist the call to be Middleton pioneers moving into Phase one.
