Daniel has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida for almost 20 years. Originally born in Pennsylvania, Daniel moved to Ocala, FL at an early age. Having lived in Florida most of his life, he may not be a Florida native by definition, but he might as well be!

At the age of 9, Daniel sat next to a girl named Michelle in his 4th grade class. Little did he know that 16 years later they would be married and begin a family. Together, they now have two wonderful boys. During their free time, when not homeschooling the boys, they enjoy being active and being together. If it includes sun and water or a game with a ball, they’re in!

Daniel enjoys activities such as working out, golf, softball, and baseball. He not only enjoys playing sports himself, but now finds great joy in playing sports with his boys and sometimes coaching them as well.

Daniel joined Properties of The Villages because of his passion to help others combined with his love of real estate and The Villages. Working with The Villages has provided him the opportunity to provide for his family without having to sacrifice his beliefs or family time, which is most important to him. He attributes his success to being passionate about what he does and being consistently trustworthy, kind, and intentional.
