Family ties are what brought Dani, and her husband Bill, to explore central Florida as they began to plan for Bill’s retirement. While vacationing and visiting Dani’s dad in Homosassa, they took day trips to retirement communities all over central Florida. “It was the manicured environment, abundance of indoor and outdoor recreation and social activities, and absolutely the friendliest people” that led them back to The Villages every time! 

Helping clients through the decisions to find their dream home is a fantasy come true for Dani. Drawing on her nine years of experience in new construction sales and marketing for Drees Homes in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio, and her own experience in building their dream home in The Village of Hawkins, Dani knows the ropes and is eager to share.
