After spending nearly 30 years at a company in Orlando, Curtis, decided to migrate toward The Villages where his big personality, were welcomed with open arms to Properties of The Villages as a Sales Representative.

In just 4 years he has earned many awards and recognitions for his efforts in selling new and pre-owned homes, however he takes the most pride in all of the relationships he has built with his customers and fellow sales representatives over the last few years.

Curtis loves spending time with his daughter, Cailtin, his beautiful wife, Lori, and their excitable pooch, Dexter. He likes to soak up the Florida sunshine in the great outdoors, especially while fishing, enjoys a nice glass of wine or beer with his friends, and is a master chef in the kitchen. He likes to have a good time, and you will find he’s got quite a great sense of humor— always cracking jokes and showing off his different impersonations. In fact, at a customer appreciation party, Curtis happened upon a karaoke machine and gave an unforgettable—and very believable—Elvis performance. There are still whispers of an encore performance at the next party…
