Spending much of his life in Sumter County, Cody Vann has had the unique opportunity to watch The Villages grow into one of the most sought-after communities in the country. As the son of an Airman, Cody moved frequently during his childhood, but Sumter County was always home.

Cody earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the College of Central Florida in 2017 while working at Publix in The Villages. In 2020, he joined Cone Distributing, where he later advanced into a sales role. In 2024, Cody stepped away from his career to become a stay-at-home father, supporting his wife, Faith Marie, as she began her successful career as a Sales Representative with The Villages.

Cody and Faith Marie are proud parents to two beautiful daughters, Caroline and Emma. As a family, they often spend time together in the town squares enjoying great food, live music, and everything the community has to offer.

In his free time, Cody enjoys golfing, fishing, and cheering on Florida Gators athletics.
