It was love at first sight for Cindy and her husband when they took their first community tour of The Villages. “We knew that there was something unique here. We hadn’t found anywhere else in the central Florida area and we were ready to begin our Villages Story, our New Beginning.”

Cindy is a native Floridian that grew up in the Alabama, South Carolina and Ohio. In 1995, she returned to Florida with her husband to begin their Marriage Story. During this chapter, they started a family and have one son, who is now in college studying Computer Science. Cindy and her husband are now entering the “Empty Nest” chapter.

Cindy’s enthusiasm and zest for life comes through when she is with her family, working in her community, her church, and in her Real Estate Career. Her warmth and fresh enthusiastic approach are characteristics that her clients have enjoyed over the years as she has helped them connect to the best of their lives with their home purchases. Cindy’s experience in Active Adult Community living as a Senior Real Estate Specialist brings added value to her clients as she understands that it is more than a home that brings fulfillment, it is also the meaningful relationships and the connections within the community that brings a sense of belonging.
