As a proud Florida native, Christian’s journey began in the vibrant landscape of South Florida. Growing up in a large, close-knit family, he was instilled with the values of hard work and integrity, principles that would later guide his path to success.

Christian’s first taste of the working world came during high school when he took on a summer job as a bag boy at Publix Supermarkets. With unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic, he swiftly ascended through the management ranks. At the remarkable age of 28, Christian achieved the milestone of becoming one of the youngest store managers in the esteemed Publix Corporation. His success is rooted in a genuine love for helping people and fostering authentic relationships, a philosophy that shaped his thirteen-year career.

In his personal life, fate smiled upon Christian during a family cruise when he met the love of his life, Christina. Serendipitously, she lived just a stone’s throw away from his home, solidifying their connection. Their love story unfolded beautifully, leading to an engagement after college and a joyous wedding in 2017. Over the next three years, their family blossomed with the arrival of two wonderful children, Logan and Liam.

A pivotal moment came when visiting Christian’s mother-in-law in The Villages, where they fell in love with the community’s active lifestyle. Determined to be a part of it, Christian and Christina seized the opportunity presented by the development of a new community for families in Middleton.

Settling in Middleton, they discovered an ideal haven where their children could attend a top-tier school in Florida and grow up in a safe, wholesome environment. Now, as proud residents, they relish creating lasting memories with new friends, extended family visits and frequent trips to Disney. The joy of riding their golf car through the community’s vibrant streets and indulging in the daily entertainment and activities has become a cherished part of their lives.

Embracing change, Christian made a career shift when presented with the opportunity to serve Villages residents with Properties of The Villages. His passion for the community shines through as he assists future residents in discovering the unique and unparalleled features that make this place unlike any other in the world.
