Chris Hallmark has been with The Villages Sales Team since 2001. Originally from Winfield, Alabama, you only need a few minutes with Chris to get a sense of his true southern charm. Chris attended Brewer State Jr. College and he currently holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Chris has been married to his wife, Janice, since 1978. Janice is a Senior Vice President with Citizens First Bank who oversees the Mortgage Department and provides first class service for our residents and hopefully for Chris’ new residents. Janice is truly a great wife, mother, and grandmother. Chris and Janice are proud grandparents to 3 beautiful granddaughters. Their son, Chad, and his wife, Kelly, are parents to Emarie Caroline (Lil’ E). Chad works for JVC Broadcasting as Director of Client Services in Orlando. Their daughter Courtney works at Citizens First Bank and her husband Gary Gage is a sales representative with Properties of The Villages. They are parents to Hadley Alayne (aka Boo Bear) and Sadie Belle whom Pop calls Tater.

Although Chris is from Alabama, he is an Auburn Tiger at heart, but since he lives in Florida, Chris’ family and friends tailgate at all the University of South Florida football games in Tampa. This is a big priority for Chris, and they also take the time to travel to an away game once a year as a group. Together they enjoy experiencing a new part of our country. Chris also enjoys soccer, golf, history, and home design.

Recently a customer shared after closing on his home that he felt like he’d “just bought from a friend” and he wanted Chris to know that they felt appreciated, and they trusted him throughout the process.
