Chris Corley has spent the last three decades preparing himself for the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers here in The Villages community with all of their real estate needs. He has been a licensed real estate professional since 1988. Chris has held Real Estate Broker licenses in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

After beginning his career practicing general residential and commercial real estate, Chris worked hard to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of Metro Atlanta’s top builders and developers. He was recognized in 2005 by the National Sales and Marketing Council with the Chairman’s Sales Leadership Award for having reached 50 million in Sales and has also been recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club.

Chris holds several designations offered by the National Association of Homebuilders including: the prestigious Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM), Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designations. Courses included Working with and Marketing to Older Adults, Lifestyle Merchandising, Advertising and Promotions, and Understanding Markets and Consumers. Currently there are less than 245 MIRM’s in the United States and only 27 in the State of Florida.

Lifelong learning has been an important aspect of Chris’s life. This was never more evident than in 2010 when at 50 years of age, he earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University. Chris earned an Associate’s Degree in Political Science in 1984 with the intention of attending Law school, however, as fate would have it, he decided to follow his father’s advice and pursue a career in real estate. After helping thousands of people successfully buy and sell real estate, Chris knows that his skills involve much more than housing. It involves people’s lives and their homes. Being entrusted with that responsibility is extremely humbling.

Chris and his wife Cynthia have two grown children Nicolette and Cameron, and two beautiful granddaughters Brooklyn and Sofia. Chris gives credit to God for giving him the many blessings in his life.
